FAQ
how many images may i choose
All orders are a minimum of 1. However, you may also place a down-payment for additional images you would like. Each image requires the same down-payment fee. Discounts for multiple images are not accepted.
what is the turn around time
Once you receive your private link to the gallery. You will have one month two weeks to choose your piece. Turn around time is generally 5-7 weeks after you have made your selection. However I can not guarantee this as final processing, printing and framing can delay things. Delivery times are not included.
will this be reproduced
No. Any and all pieces will be the only produced version. There will be no duplicates, and there will be no replacements**. Pieces will be signed and numbered and will be yours to own.
can i make a special request
I will only take requests regarding landmarks or locations from the places I am. You may request to see an image in black and white or color. However I will still retain full artistic expression in some regards.
can you accompany me on my own travel
Yes. If you wish for me to accompany you on your own travels I'm happy to discuss. However once again I retain full artistic freedom to capture images the way I see fit. If you are looking for a photographer to docuement your travels, that can be discussed.
do you offer refunds on DOWN-PAYMENTS
In the event you do not wish to go through with purchase of any art piece, refunds will only be processed at 50% of your downpayment. However in the event you do not receive a piece after 6 months for any reason full refund of down-payment will be issued.
